• Girls 14 – 18 years old as of September 1st, 2024
Note: Boys & Girls who are 19 years old are permitted to play in Elite Tour events as long as they are either a Senior in high school or have graduated in 2024.

Junior TOUR Member Eligibility
For the Boys Overall & Girls Overall (14-18 Division) contests, Player of the Year points will be distributed to the ELITE TOUR Player of the Year contest based on result regardless of division. Boys in the 14-15, 16-18 and Girls 14-18 Divisions will NOT be awarded points within their division – only to the Elite Tour POY. Note: All other divisions: Boys 12-13, Boys 11 & under and Girls 13& under, points will be distributed within respective division.Again, boys overall and girls overall , it is a winner take all/overall winner (no second and third place medals). No points or medals for divisions for girls 14-18 & boys 14-15 & 16-18
Elite Tour Eligibility
Elite Tour events are open to members and non-members of the NEPGA Junior Tour. Participants must meet all of the following criteria:

**Note: Girls who turn 12 years old or older as of September 1, 2024 may “declare up” to a higher age division (Girls 14-18) however she MAY NOT return to the younger division for the remainder of the season unless deemed necessary by the NEPGA Junior Golf Committee. Player of the year points will NOT be transferred if the player returns to the 13 & Under Division. When making such a decision, please keep in mind that girls who declare up will be competing against older girls (14-18 years old).
